Returns For Store Credit Only:

 

 

No Refunds you will receive Store Credit Only, NO EXCEPTION!!! In the unlikely event that your item does not fit all items must be returned in UNWORN/UNUSED/UNDAMAGED condition & returned with all original shoe boxes (if applicable) and again be completely unworn, undamaged and returned with all original packaging intact to be eligible for Store Credit.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. (Return item must be postmarked within 7 days from date of delivery). Items that are received that do not meet our returns guidelines will be returned to the verified address on the order. Store Credit will be issued upon our receipt and verification of the returned item, which will be valid until used. Customers can use their Store Credit to purchase the new item that is equivalent to their previous purchase, THE PURCHASE CANNOT BE LESS OR THE CODE THAT WE SEND YOU WILL NOT WORK AT CHECKOUT. Please note that Store Credit will be given MINUS the original shipping cost and ANY discounts and taxes which were applied, customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges to return an item to Chic Rocker Shoes. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns/store credit processing.

 

Returns or Store Credit is NOT ALLOWED on FINAL SALE items.

 

Our Return Policy is strictly enforced. If you do not follow our policy we have the right to deny your return.

 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we find any defects or the product looks worn we reserve the right to not accept your return. 

 

All shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. All accessories/jackets must still have the tags attached. DO NOT tape the box when returned. ***Any taped boxes will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.***

 

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

 

Please follow these steps to return an item for Store Credit:

 

  • Send an email to chicrockerstorecredit@gmail.com with your email address.

  • Tell us the reason for your return, e.g. too big, too small.

  • Please put your NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS at the top of the form that you received in your package.

  • Please put the package in the mail and return it to us even if you don’t get an email response right away.

  • Once we have received and verified your returned item, an email will be sent to you with the Store Credit Coupon Code which you could use at checkout on your next purchase.

 

Unfortunately, we are NOT able to hold merchandise for returns.

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect items:

 

Chic Rocker Shoes strives to provide the best Customer Service possible, and has taken steps to ensure customers with high satisfaction.  We accurately inspect every item before shipment to ensure quality, and every item gets a double verification to avoid mistakes.  In the rare event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us IMMEDIATELY and we will work out a resolution.  We appreciate if you can provide photos and details of the damaged item via our Customer Returns email address: chicrockerstorecredit@gmail.com

 

Incorrect address:

If your item(s) is returned due to the incorrect mailing address provided in PayPal by the customer we will notifiy you of the return. We will then provide you with an invoice for the shipping cost to ship your item out again to the correct mailing address. If the invoice is not paid within 5 days your order will cancel and you will be issued a store credit.

 

Lost Items:

Once items are shipped it is no longer our responsibilty. Once your item is shipped it is released to USPS, all tracking information is emailed to customers showing the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Once an item is marked "Delivered" it is no longer the responsibility of Chic Rocker Shoes. Please contact your local United State Post Office in regards to your lost or stolen items.
