Shipping & Delivery

 

Please read below to understand the shipping policy. We ship items Monday thru Friday only.

 

  1. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

  2. Shipping is 2-5 business days, this does not include the processing time.

  3. USPS is the preferred shipping carrier used. Typically after your order has processed your item is received within 2-5 business days (FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS ONLY).

  4. Orders placed on weekends and holidays ship next business day.

  5. We do not ship to APO addresses.

  6. Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00, additional items cost more. Standard Shipping, which is 2-5 business day delivery.

  7. Priority shipping is $18 with a 1-3 day business delivery. This includes signature confirmation. If you are not home at the time of delivery your package will be available next day at your local Post Office.

  8. We are not responsible for lost packages, as we are not the ones delivering the package, our duty is to fulfill your order and get it to USPS.

  9. When purchasing pre-ordered items, this typically is shipped directly from Chic Rocker Shoes, once items are received in-house, we ship out within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once shipment is processed. 

  10. If a pre-ordered item is shipped directly from the supplier a tracking number will not be provided. An email will be sent to inform you the item was processed, then a final email will be sent stating the expected date of delivery. Any questions please email info@chicrockershoes.com.

 

 

International Orders:

 

  1. Once payment is received please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

  2. Shipment is typically through USPS, please allow 3-14 business days before your item is delivered to your door.

  3. You will be emailed a tracking number for all in-stock items once shipment is processed.

  4. When purchasing a pre-ordered items, this typically is shipped directly from Chic Rocker Shoes, once items are received in-house, we ship out within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once shipment is processed. 

  5. If a pre-ordered item is shipped directly from the supplier a tracking number will not be provided. An email will be sent to inform you the item was processed, then a final email will be sent stating the expected date of delivery. Any questions please email info@chicrockershoes.com

  6. We are NOT responsible for any additional fees charged by your customs.

 

Lost/Stolen Items:

 

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items once we release the package to the United States Post Service (USPS). We will email tracking numbers generated by the USPS to the email address provided at checkeout once items has been shipped. Once an item has been listed as "Delivered" on the United States Postal Service's website, we cannot be held responsible if the package was lost or stolen. Please contact your local Post Office for the lost/stolen item.

 

Express shipping:

 

Express shipping is NOT available at this tme.
